Refund policy

We refund in full when

• The PDF failed to generate or downloaded corrupted or empty.
• You were charged more than once for the same CV.
• You were charged but the download never unlocked on your account.

Ask within 14 days of the payment. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

What we can't refund

Because the product is delivered instantly, we can't refund a PDF that downloaded correctly simply because you changed your mind about the wording — you can keep editing and re-download that CV for free. If you think your case is unfair, write to us anyway; we would rather refund than argue.

How to request one

Email nicro.apps@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment and what went wrong. We reply within two working days.
